Rename

Syntax: rename <victim> <new name>

Renames a player to a different name, old pfile will be deleted and the 
character is saved under the new name. There are restriction that who you
can rename based on your imm rank

demi-gods can rename level 20 or below
lessor powers can rename level 50 or below
greater powers can rename all mortals
creators can rename all including self.
